A RUSTIC AND WARM SPACE.
For this project, the studio was contacted by an Italian client with a very clear vision: he wanted a rustic and warmth space. We faced some challenges: the use of Venetian Carrara marble (a condition established by the client) to achieve that rustic environment, while complying with the accessibility regulations for people with disabilities in Andalusia.
Even the space was small, rectangular and full of pillars, all the obstacles were overcome, and we created a unique and eclectic environment.
In the ceiling, a false skylight was generated, embracing the four pillars in line, and we placed high bars underneath to comply with accessibility standards and make the most of the commercial space for the customer at once. It was an effort to adapt the design to the architectural restrictions, but we achieved a very satisfactory result that combined the rustic aesthetic with the required functionality.
